- Check eligibility — Within 7 days of purchase and less than 30% of the course completed.
- Contact support — Email our support team with your purchase details.
- Review — Our team will verify your request within 3–5 business days.
- Refund issued — If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.
All-Access subscriptions
An All-Access period is a one-time payment for that month or year. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the period ends. Courses you bought separately stay yours after the plan expires. Premium courses are never included and follow the single-course refund rules above.
Non-refundable items
Flash sale purchases, courses with more than 30% completion, and already delivered custom or mentorship services are not eligible for refunds.
Chargeback policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may affect your account standing.
